Welcome to the AES Simulation Application Form (SAF). Here you can apply to have your simulation or guild join the AES. The following form is the first step in becoming a member of Allied Electronic Simulation. Due to the high volume of simulations on the web we have set forward requirements for membership. This allows us to provide the highest quality entertainment for our members. Be sure to read the requirements thoroughly so that you understand its contents before applying to bring your Sim to AES. YOUR SIM *MUST* MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS
The GM is required to: meet one of the following:
The applicant is required to provide AES with addresses of individuals who can verify this or through sites like YahooGroups where the information can be established. Meeting any one of these requirements qualifies for sim membership in the Allied Electronic Simulations.
abide by the AES Constitution.
The Sim is required to:
have 6 or more active members. *
have a functioning, original and properly credited website that meets the requirements stated in our Website Requirements (AES Constitution, Article X).
have an applying banner (found below) during the application process, to be switched to an AES member banner upon the sim's/guild's acceptance into the AES.
* Simulations that meet all requirements except the 6 player minimum may be permitted by the AES Workgroup Moderator to utilize AES marketing materials for up to two (2) calendar months to obtain the needed members. By filling out the following application form below, you are
stating that your Sim meets all of the requirements stated
above and that you understand the terms under which your
application will be judged. It also states your consent to
uphold and obey all AES regulations regarding websites, AES
duties, etc. If you do not understand these terms or do not
agree with them, please do not use this form.
